I have a whiskey tee or product suggestion!

Let us know, we’d love to hear from you!  We don’t offer any sort of compensation, but we’d be happy to hear what you’d like to see and then see if we can accommodate.

How do I get ahold of you?

The quickest way to get in touch with us is via our Contact Form or directly at help@whiskeyrivertees.com.  We receive numerous emails daily and appreciate your patience.  We will get back to you!  Messages are typically answered within 24 to 48 hours.

Product Questions

Where are you located?

We’re in Idaho. 

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

The tees themselves (and most of our apparel items) are dyed, cut, and produced in Los Angeles by Bella + Canvas.  We use the 3001 model of tee which is made of 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton and 32 single 4.2 oz. (Ash - 99% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 1% poly).  The tees feature a sideseamed retail fit, unisex sizing, and shoulder taping.  For more information on the 3001 check out the Bella + Canvas website.  They also have an amazing Eco Friendly Process and the tees are produced using Fair Labor Practices.

How is the printing done?

Our tees are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.  Using this technique, pigmented water-based inks are applied to the garment’s surface and are absorbed by the product’s fibers.

Our non-tee products will use either DTG printing or All-over printing (AOP), also known as sublimation.  The all-over printing (AOP) technique uses high heat and pressure to apply dyes onto the product. During the printing process, the dyes are absorbed by the material (or fabric), creating a seamless, smooth finish.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  The Bella + Canvas 3001 tee features a slimmer, more retail fit so keep that in mind when ordering.  Below is a size chart.  For more details on the tee specs go here.

 How should I care for my tee?

We recommend washing your tees inside out, with cold water and using mild detergent.  After washing, put tees in the dryer using a low-heat setting.  The vast majority of our tees are 100% cotton and, as such, shrinkage can occur on higher heat settings.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options? How much is domestic shipping?

We offer flat rate "Standard" Shipping for all of our products via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Standard delivery is 3-7 business days in the United States (except for aprons which can take up to 10 business days).

For orders up to $30 shipping is a flat rate of $5.99.

For orders between $30 and up to $74.99 shipping is $7.99.

For orders above $75 shipping is free!

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Please note shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to inclement weather or factors outside of our control.

My order is a gift.  Do you handle gift orders?

We know our items make great gifts, but we currently don’t do gift packaging.

Do you ship outside of the US?  If so, what are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?

We are currently not taking international orders but it’s something we are considering in the future.

Can I expedite my order?

We offer economy or standard shipping via USPS.  Rates are calculated at checkout.  Please note shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to inclement weather, customs, and other factors outside of our control.

I placed an order!  When will I get it?

Production time is typically 2-3 days and shipping time typically 5-7 days, so give it 7-10 days in total.  If you have any questions just reach out to us at help@whiskeyrivertees.com.

I haven't received my order yet.  Where is it?

If you’re in the U.S. and it’s been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you’re in Canada and it’s been over 25 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us at help@whiskeyrivertees.com with your name and order number.  We’re happy to check in and help!

If your tracking status shows that your order has been delivered but is nowhere to be found, then give it an additional 3 business days.  Many times, orders show up several days later due to unforeseen events. Unfortunately, we have no control over USPS or any other shipping service and therefore cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they leave our facility.

Additional tips:

  • Pass by your local USPS post office, present your tracking number and inquire if they are holding the package for you.
  • Additionally, you can typically get updated information about delays by contacting USPS here.
  • Make sure to ask your neighbors if they came across any packages meant for you.
  • If you live in an apartment or multi-unit building, check your front desk or package collection area to see if they're holding your package.
  • Sometimes delivery carriers hide packages in your front bushes or behind pots on your porch. It’s a good idea to check there as well.
  • As a last resort, if you have a Ring camera system (or camera system of any sort), check your footage for any package thieves or porch pirates.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

We’d like you to be thrilled with your purchase!

If you are not content with your item or if it’s damaged or doesn’t fit, we will graciously accept your returns, as long as we receive an email from you within 5 days of you receiving the item.  Additionally, once an arrangement is made, we need to receive the item back within 14 days of correspondence. 

If you are exchanging the item due to a sizing issue, please let us know this before you ship the item back to us, so that we can make sure that we have the proper size or color in stock for you.  If we don’t have the proper size or color in stock, let us know if you’d prefer a replacement item featuring an alternative design.

We want to make sure that you’re happy with your purchase and our service, but we do need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise.   Please contact help@whiskeyrivertees.com with the request and for further details.

Your item will be exchanged or refunded (minus the original shipping cost), as long as:

  • You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt of your item.
  • The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact (if applicable). 
  • We receive the item back within 14 days of correspondence.

We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping, however, if you are exchanging an item for another one, and add an additional purchase, we will ship the items back to you for free!

All sale items are final and not eligible for returns.

Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it.  Consider adding a tracking feature to your return packages.

What if my item is defective?

We do not offer refunds on defective items, but we will absolutely replace them.

If the tee or product is somehow defective (ripped, stained, bad print, etc.) then:

  • First, email us a photo of the defect on the tee to share with our team.
  • Once the damage is confirmed, we’ll gladly offer a full replacement of the same item at no cost to you.

What if I received the wrong tee?

If the tee you received doesn’t match the tee on your order, then let us know!

1)         First, email us a photo of the tee to share with our team.

2)        Once the incorrect tee is confirmed, we’ll gladly offer a full replacement of the correct tee at no cost to you.

What if my tee doesn’t fit me right?

We provide all available sizing information on the website so that you can make an accurate purchase.  That said, we want you to be super happy and excited about your new tee.  If there is a sizing issue let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Any returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Any return shipping must be done with a tracking number. If we never receive the tee back then we are not obligated to replace it.
  • Once the item has been received, we’ll process a replacement of the appropriate size (to be confirmed by the buyer) within 2-3 days. We will handle the return shipping.
  • Keep in mind that once a replacement has been initiated, it will take the customary 2-3 days of production time as well as 5-7 business days of shipping for you to receive the replacement tee.

 What if I change my mind on a color?

Our tees are made to order, and we do not hold any inventory.  As such, when a tee is printed, it’s printed just for you.  If you change your mind on a tee color and reach us before the order has gone to production, then we will facilitate an order revision on the color.  If the order has already gone to production, then we do not offer revisions, refunds or exchanges.  Order modifications are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

What if I change my mind on the tee and don’t want it? 

Our tees are made to order, and we do not hold any inventory.  As such, when a tee is printed it’s printed just for you.  If you change your mind on a purchase and contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, then we will facilitate an order cancellation and refund.  Beyond 48 hours means that your order has already gone to production in which case we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
